BAY Sf; LOUIS MARINA PHASE II FACILITIES DESCRIPTION
BREAKWATER
A breakwater will be constructed of reinforced concrete pile and planks. This will extend beyond the existing peninsula.
The end will be topped with navigation lights.
POCKING PIERS
Four piers, extending into the harbor created by the breakwater, will be constructed to provide docking space for two hundred boats. Water and electrical service will be provided for each docking space.
DREDGE AND FILL
A ten foot deep harbor will be dredged to allow easy access for boats using the marina. Excess fill material will be dumped on the southwest side of the marina to create a larger beach area.
