J American Legion Post 139 has filed an Application with the Bureau of Marine J Resources requesting permission to con- . duct regulated activities under the pro- '' visions of the Coastal Wetlands Protection Law, Chapter 27, Mississippi Code of 1972.
The applicant is requesting permission to perform maintenance dredging of an existing channel over a ten year period and to construct a bulkhead, pier and boatramps at their property at Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, Ms.
In compliance with Section 401 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 1251, 1341), as amended by PL 95-217, American Legion Post 139 re-quested certification from the Bureau of "j Pollution Control that the above men-'f* tioned activity will be in compliance*-' with applicable provisions of Section 301 j (33 U.S.C. 1311), Section 302 (33 U.S.C. ? 1312), Section 303 (U.S.C. 1313), Section 1 306 (33 U.S.C. 1316), and Section 307 ( 33 U.S.C. 1317) of the Act and appropriate requirements of the State Law.	1

Drawer 959, Long Beach, Mississippi 39560 and the Bureau of Pollution Control, P.O. Box 10385, Jackson, Mississippi 39205 before 1:00 p.m. on the 28th day of April, 1983.
