TO:	Persons Addressed on Attached Distribution List
FROM:	Bureau of Marine Resources
SUBJECT:	Application by American Legion Post	139 for a	Permit	to
Perform Maintenance Dredging and to	Construct	Boatramps,
Piers and a Bulkhead in the Bay of St. Louis, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
You are hereby notified that, pursuant to the Statute and Regulations of the Bureau of Marine Resources, written objections having been made to the application of American Legion Post 139 to perform certain regulated activities in the Bay of St. Louis in Section 30, Townshj/p 8 South, Range 13 West, in Hancock County, Mississippi, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on the 18th day of May, 1983 in the Courtroom on the 2nd Floor of the Hancock County Courthouse, Main Street, Bay St. Louis, Mississippi.
Copies of the said application are on file with the the Office of the Bureau of Marine Resources on the Gulf Park Campus of the University of Southern Mississippi, where the same may be examined.
You are invited to attend said hearing to present such oral and documentary evidence as may bear upon the issue of whether or not the said Permit should be granted or rejected.
