The applicant is requesting permis-sion to perform maintenance dredi>i:i? of an existing channel over a ten >ear peiiod and to coastruct a bulkhead, pier and boatramps at their property at Beach Blvd., Bay St. Louis, Ms.
In compliance with Section 101 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act '3.1 U.S.C. 1251, 1341), as amended by PL 95-217, American legion Post 139 requested certification from the Bureau of Pollution Control that the al>ove mentioned activity will be in compliance with applicable provisions of Section 301 (33 U.S.C. 13111, Section 102 ( 33 U.S.C. 1312), Section J03 (U.S.C. 1313), Section 306 (33 U.S.C. 1316), and Section 307 <33 U.S.C. 1317) of the Act and appropriate requirements of the State I-aw.
Any person wishing to make comments or objections to the proposed regulated activity must submit those comments in writirg to the Bureau of Marine Resources at P.O. Drawer 9i9, Long Beach, Mississippi 31*660 and the Bureau of Pollution Control, P.O. Box 10385, Jackson, Mississippi 39205 Uefore 1:00 p.m. on the 28th day of April, 1933.
