C.	Burratini, Frank Taconi and A.A.Ulmn were received and it appearing that ench petition contained a majority of the legal voters of Bay St. L Louis on notion of Aid Ladner seconded by Aid Robira and carried by the Board the petitions wre ordered published for thirty days*
On motion of Aid. Shropshire seconded# by Aid. Ladner and dul$ carried by the Board the action of the Mayor in causing a warrant upon the Treasurer to issue for Seventy One Dollars was approved and sanctioned tho soon© having been found necessary in the prevention, isolation, and ci of snail pox in the city limits.
