There being no counter petitions against the petitions to retail vinous' and spitituous liquors of Fairchild and Keller JC* Burratini, Frank Taconl,
S pot or no and Co, and A.A.Ulman, and the same having been duly published thirty days,, on motion of Aid. Robira,seconded by ALD* Ladner and duly carried by th® i3oard, license to retail wore ordered to be granted to said petitioners upon their giving the required bonds & c*
THE RESIGNATION OF SLURUXJE MCARTHUR AS TRUSTiilE OGF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF Bay St* Louis was tendered the Board and on motion of Aid* Shropshire seoonded by Aid L&dblra and duly oarried by the Board, the same was accepted*
THE MAYOH APPOINTED L.J. PIERBAS SCHOOL TRUSTEE, VISE ELDRIDGE MCarthur resigned end on motion of aid. Shropshire seconded by aid. robira and duly oarried by thhe Board, the appointment was confirmed*

Shropshire said that in view of the faot that the previous Board of Health had never taken action he moved that their appointments be revoked and that his Honor, the Kayor, appoint new members* Aid* Ladner BUBtained Aid* sbrop shire and seconded his motion and on submission of the question to the 3oarA, all members voted Aye, and hid Honor, the Mayor declared the same carried.1
