this Administrative cannot exceed any budget item by 25% during the last three (3) months in office.
Councilman Farve inquired of the City Clerk whether the City had gone over budget, pro-rata, on advertising. Mr. Favre stated that pro-rata, the City was a little over. Councilman Thriffiley inquired of Mr. Favre whether he had checked the price with Mr. Cuevas, editor of the Sea Coast Echo. Mr. Favre stated that he had, and that Mr. Cuevas stated	there	may	be a cheaper
way, but he	would have to do some checking.
ORDER TABLING DISCUSSION ON THE ORDINANCE RE: ORDINANCE CREATING AN
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD FOR REVIEW OF CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION AND/OR
CHANGE OF FASCADES OR OUTER APPEARANCE OF BUILDINGS IN THE BAY ST. LOUIS
HISTORIC DISTRICTS, AND GRANTING POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BAY ST. LOUIS
HISTORIC DISTRICTS COMMISSION AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD___________________
Motion was made by Councilman Farve that the discussion on the adoption of the ordinance creating an Architectural Review Board for the review of construction, alteration and/or change of fascades or outer appearance of buildings in the Bay St. Louis historic districts, and granting powers and duties of the Bay St. Louis Historic Districts Commission and Architectural Review Board, be tabled. Said motion was seconded by Councilman Wagner and after a discussion, the following roll call vote was had:
Voting	yea: Councilmen Benvenutti, Farve,	Seymour	and	Wagner.
Voting	nay: Councilman Thriffiley.
Motion was declared carried.
IN THE MATTER OF DISCUSSION RE: REVISION OF ORDINANCE
Councilman Wagner inquired of Ms. Nell Frisbie if the Commission had reviewed the Natchez ordinance governing historic areas. Ms. Frisbie stated that they had not. Councilman Wagner replied that the Natchez ordinance was approximately H the size of the ordinance presented, and was a very good ordinance; also, perhaps there was some room for brevity in the ordinance as presented.

Councilman Benvenutti suggested that the Architectural Preservation Group call together a meeting and invite the City Council to attend to discuss possible changes in the ordinance.
