Section 504. CLASSIFICATION OF ANNEXED TERRITORY
All territory which may hereafter be annexed to the City of Bay St. Louis shall automatically be classified as Residence R-l until such portions thereof are changed by ordinance.
Section 505. VACATION OF STREETS
Whenever any street, alley or other public way is vacated by official action of the governing authority of the City of Bay St. Louis, the zoning district adjoining eadi side of such street, alley, or public way shall be, unless otherwise indicated, automatically extended to the center of same, and all area included therein shall then and henceforth be subjected to all appropriate regulations of the extended districts.
Section 506. REPLACEMENT
In the event that the Official Zoning Map becomes damaged, destroyed, lost, or difficult to interpret because of the nature or number of dianges and additions, the City may by resolution adopt a new Official Zoning Map which will supersede the prior Official Zoning Map. The new Official Zoning Map may correct drafting or other errors or omissions in the prior Official Zoning Map, but no such corrections shall have the effect of amending the original zoning ordinance or any subsequent amendment thereof. The new Official Zoning Map shall be identified by the signature of the Mayor attested by the City Clerk and bearing the seal of the town under the following words:
"This is to certify that this Official Zoning Map supersedes and replaces the Official Zoning Map adopted (date of adoption of map being replaced)."
