City of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi," the following use provisions shall apply:
610.1	Uses Permitted
610.1.1	Any use permitted in an R-3 Multi-Family District, excluding funeral homes, mortuary, or undertaking establishments.
610.1.2	Mobile heme park.
610.1.3	Accessory structures.
