DWELLING, MULTIPLE:	A detached or semi-detached building or portion thereol'
used or designed and intended as a residence of three (3) or more families living independently of each other, including apartment houses, apartment hotels, apartment co-operatives, bungalow courts, flats, and group houses.
DWELLING UNIT:	One	room or rooms connected togetiter, constituting a separate,
independent housekeeping establishment for owner occupancy, or rental or lease on a weekly, monthly, or longer basis, and physically separated from any other rooms or dwelling units which may be in the same structure, and containing independent cooking and sleeping facilities.
