On another page there is an 1898 drawing of the first BWYC Clubhouse which was located on a pier over the water adjacent to the intersection of the east end of Washington Street and South Beach Boulevard. The approximate coordinates and elevation are: Lat 30° 18.196 N. Long 089° 19.777’ W. 33 Feet.
