Biloxi Public library has an
"Official Man of the City of Biloxi, viss., 1900 Surveyed & Drawn by John D. Seeligmann, City Engineer" donated to the Library by T'rs. Irma Querens Cousins.
It sold for *1.00 at the store of John Walker, Biloxi, Fiss.
It included 388 named owners of property.
Scale of mar) is one Inch equals 750	feet.
Included is, at the top, an article	titled:
BIIOXI, THE QUEEN CITY OF THE COAST
is the recognized. Letropolis of the	I-ississippi	Sea	Shore,	and
principal city on the L, & N. R. R.	between	New	Orleans	and
l-'obile, Ala.
Its copulation consists of atout 7,000 Residents and several thousand visitors the year around, the City being a Summer as well as Vinter health and pleasure resort.
Biloxi is known for its healthful Pine Woods, and famous for its beautiful Scenery, its excellent Surf Bathing and pleasant Gulf breezes.
The v'ater Works, and abundant Veils over the city furnish an Artesian Vater, vhich on account of its healthful qualities is exported over the Southern States by the Biloxi Kineral ’vater Co.
The City owns about 25 miles of streets, all of vhich are shelled, veil adapted for Vehicles and Bicycles. The business streets of the City are being paved with Vitrified Bricks and a Drainage System is being installed.
All surpassing, however, is the Sea Shore drive for a distance of about 7 miles along the Gulf of I'exico, passing all the beautiful Summer Residents (sic) of the Southern privileged class.
The Commercial and ’Industrial importance of Biloxi is evidenced by the many business enterprises of vhich may be mentioned:
