Miss Keesler 1960
To the applause of the spectators and the cheers of thousands of approving airmen 17 year old Caroline Chapman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Chapman of Biloxi, was unanimously chosen Miss Keesler 1960 by the judges in the annual beauty contest staged by Keesler Air Force Base at Biloxi, the Electronics College of the Air Force.
