Developers wasted no time in filing requests for preliminary site plan approvals in the county’s new C-4 Commercial Resort District. At Thursday’s meeting of the planning commission four separate requests, representing 12 high rise towers appeared on the agenda. Ten tower projects were given the go ahead and one request from the Russell Joshua Elliot Trust was postponed. Building official Mickey Lagasse said the applications were filed after the Supervisors approved the district on Monday. Final site plans will need to be approved before any construction can begin.
T & K’s L.L.C., a partnership of the Terry Ladner family, Kudo Development and Philip Canter, were given the go ahead to proceed with plans for a four tower complex which will be located on
