Ordered by the board that John Henry be employed to move the safes and furniture in the old court building into the new court building and that an allowance for the expense of said moving be presented to the next meeting of this board.
Ordered by the board that the proposition of Alonza B. Hayden to furnish toilet rooms with sundry articles as per list on file be and the same is hereby accepted at and for the sum of $28.00, which includes the placing of same in position in said toilet rooms, subject to the approval of this board.
Ordered by the board that the sum of $127.80 be allowed to Keenan & Weis arthitects being 5% and the balance due them by terms of contract on allowance made to contractors fur the building of the new court house and in final payment of their commissions, payable out of the general county fund of said county for which let warrant issue; Sect. 363 Code 1906.
Ordered by the board that the sum of $102.24 be allowed John Henry, same being 2% on contract price of building new court house and in full and final payment of his services as superintendent of said new court house building, payable out of the general county fund for which let warrant issue; Sect. 363 Code 1906.
Ordered that T. J. McArthur member of this board from Dist. No. 4 be fined $5.00 for being absent at this meeting and that said fine be made final unless at the next meeting of this board he shows good cause to the contrary .
