Helping hands
Card of Thanks
The Hancock County Food Pantry says ‘Thank You.”
The whole of Hancock County should be proud of its continual support of the Food Pantry. At the end of July, 1994, the Food Pantry had helped 7,751 families — 23,401 individuals.
Among the many businesses who donate consistently are Jolly Rogers Printing, Delchamps, Jitney Jungle, Fast Lane Sandwiches, The Sea Coast Echo, Wal-Mart and Kmart.
Thank you to all of you and to the many, many other businesses, organizations and individuals who keep the Pantry operating.
Aileen Sawyer Evelyn Johnson
Children in the class of Linda Salun and Diane Kennedy help load food items collected at North Bay Elementary School. The boxes were transported to the Hancock County Food Pantry for distribution to the needy.
