Saturday.
Postal patrons are asked not to include glass or perishable items.
The nationwide food drive is co-sponsored by Campbell’s, U.S. Postal Service and the United Way.
Burke said that postal patrons will receive a reminder
card in their mail boxes to remind them of the food drive.
In the 1997 and 1998 drives by the Letter Carriers in Hancock County were very successful and Burke indicated his fellow Letter Carriers hope the postal patrons will be as generous this year.
This may be a bit early, but next Saturday, the letter carriers will be collecting non-perishable food items like canned soup, juice, pasta, vegetables, cereal and K rice for the Hancock County Food Pantry.	II	7/ 3-° o 6
