cable attached to the tree. Bottom right photo shows pecan tree upright once again. The sooner the trees are erected the better the chances they have of survival. Watering of trees immediately on their re-erection and weekly thereafter is recommended. Also it is advisable to paint the tree wounds before the tree is erected.
