Calculate the revenue generated by all of the businesses in this year’s Annual Black Enterprise Magazine Top 100 Black Businesses, for comparison. The combined figure would place it, if a single corporation, at about eighty-fifth on the Fortune 500 list. The holdings of Mormons’ businesses would undoubtedly rank high on any list of the most respected: for fairness, company espirit des corps, charity (including non-Mormon) and all around fiscal integrity among its leaders. Their performance would satiate any corpo-ration shareholder group, even though there is none.
The top beef ranching operation in the country is 100 percent owned by the Mormons. It is the highly successful “Deseret Cattle & Citrus Ranch” outside Orlando, Fla. Covering 312,000
Continued from page 9 Hudaibiya, Prophet Muhammed (SAW) called together his companions and addressed them, thus: “Listen, O’ people, God has sent me as His Messenger and Apostle of mercy for all the world. Mind you, that you do not fall into dissensions like the disciples of Jesus (AS). Go and convey the Divine message from me.” Then the Prophet dispatched letters to the Byzantine Emperor, the Emperor of Persia, the King of Egypt and the Chiefs of Arabia inviting them all to the fold of Islam.

The Beneficial Life Insurance Co.; with assets of $1.6 billion, also falls totally under the Mormon ownership domain.
The Roman Catholic church has holdings which tower over Mormon wealth, but contain 45 times as many members. The

The Holy Qur’an, the final revelation from Allah, Lord Creator of us all, was placed in the hands of the leader of an entire state, as members (mostly White) of the “Grand Old Party” looked on with approval.

Muslim businesspersons, entrepreneurs, investors and financial institutions should take this time to begin to cooperate. The time is right and the need is great. Ethnic or cultural or religious based! unity directed to-”* ward economic development can amass vast material affluence.
It is that affluence of wealth which sets the foundation for the development of solid community life.

Prophet Muhammed (SAW) was able to quickly increase the number. He had established the tauheed by inviting leaders who were instrumental in bringing those who were their followers.
Imam Mohammed’s methods are successful because he follows the life examples of the Prophet (SAW), and we will find more success if we emulated our Imam’s methodology. He has a better understanding than any other modern day Islamic leader that I am currently aware of.
The Muslims of Mississippi supplicate Allah (SWT) and ask Him to bless these efforts, bless the Governor with the insight and courage to follow the Noble Prophet and Messenger Muhammed (SAW).
