—	“The Hancock County Eagle” started publishing in September of 1949 by ne late John Damberino, a longtime employee of The Sea Coast Echo. Dambri-io later sold to the late Powell Glass Jr, owner of The Echo in 1967 with both iapers combining.
—	“The Light” was published in the 1940’ and 50’s in Bay St. Louis by the ate Mrs. Jeanette Carmichael. She took everyone to task with her blistering ditorials.
—	“The Waveland Advocate” was published by The Sea Coast Echo Dec. 9, 959 through Feb. 14, 1961. Powell Glass Jr, publisher and Polly Mazarakis, issociate editor.
—	“The Sea Coast Echo started publishing twice a week on October 5, 975.
—	The first Shopper in Hancock County was published by The Echo in ^pril, 1895. (See copy).
