II.	PERSONNEL
An outstanding group of 18 professionals have signed letters of intent to join the repertory theatre full or part time as soon as they are notified of a starting date. They were chosen (through auditions) not only for their excellent performing talents, but also for their abilities in technical fields such as lighting, scenery construction, costume construction, etc., and their ability to work cooperatively within the company and with youth. About one third of the company is from the Gulf Coast and have a special interest in helping a professional theatre prosper on the Coast - so that they do not have to move to be employed in a career for which they are trained. Before rehearsals begin auditions will be held to complete current full and part time requirements.
