We are currently developing a 10 year, 450M dollar project in Florida that will include a hotel, world trade center, shopping raall, condos, office buildings, a chapel and a people mover to connect all areas of the site. The first jDhase will be a 25QM effort and the financing has been arranged by _ through overseas investors.

acquisition, development, marketing, public relations, grant fund programs and financing methods for the project.
During a projects' progress, we are responsible for the inter-team communications during concept development and design. We are involved in contractual arrangements and fee.negotiations and the execution of those contractual arrangements. [ researches the investment opportunity, does a detailed evaluation of the property concerned, develops project alternatives, assists in contract negotiations and meets with planning and zoning boards to gain approval of the project.
We develop many financing alternatives for our projects and are involved in IRB's, government grants such as UDAG or CDBG's , and work closely with major stockholders and investment firms in securing dollars for our projects.
We believe in being involved with community and environmental planning, community development, central business district planning and community renewal, and work with local officials for input into each of our projects. We work with public information reports and news releases that are designed to assist local officials in gaining public acceptance of our projects.
