Alice:	I think his brother Harry Baldwin had a hardware store.
Did he have any other relatives down here?
Alice: Yah.
Mamoo: He did.
Alice:	He had a brother named Harry Baldwin who was living in New
Orleans.
And he came down from New Hampshire. He was originally living in Jaffrey, New Hampshire?
Alice:	It	was East Jaffrey at that time. I think they've changed
since. It's nothing but Jaffrey now, but it was East Jaffrey.
What year did he come down?
Mamoo:	I don't remember. Do you remember what year he came down?
Alice:	The	only way to do	is to try and figure out	when	he
married.
Mamoo:	Well, you know he had married before. He had married a,
some girl	from up there and	brought her down here and then	she
died.
Alice:	And	she lost her baby and they were buried up	in	the
North.
Do you remember their names?
Mamoo:	I don't remember her name.
Alice:	I have no idea what her name was.
Mamoo:	But	I know she was a	very beautiful woman and I	remember
seeing	her portrait up in the	hall at 1707 (Esplanade).
Alice:	In grandpapa's room.
Mamoo: Well, maybe it was in Grandpapa's room.
Alice: The oval room with her portrait.
And when he came down here he married Arthemise Bouligny and they were an established family here?
