Mr. Louis Fernandez and I were at the City Hall on Monday March 6th to turn over the enclosed data to you on the Bartram Trail,
Mrs, Jan Trombley the Mayors secretary gave us your message that you would t>? delayed until 11:00 pm and that Mayor Bennett was In Biloxi on business.
It is easy for me to understand that your secedule can be altered with so much to do so we left word that we would meet you at any tine in the future it would be convenient for you. The mayors secretary offered to let us know then you would be at City Hall either later on the 6th or a future date. As of this date we have had no hotification from her, I know you are going to Hawaii on the 15th so felt it best to mail the enclosed information for your records and future use. Let us hear any new of importance.
