I am looking for ma and Pa dayly. although ma did not say positively that She will come down but I cant help thinking that she will come. I dont think she will like this place, there is no pleasure or comfort for the mosquitos, and never any preaching. I am in hopes if she does come she will make a long stay, but then she would have to learn to eate old bacon an [chickni]. I dont know what I'll have for the company I'll have to give the same I suppose. Mrs Claiborne and all of the ladies at the Bay are very anxious to see her, so all of them will be down to see her that can get conveyances so I was going to propose that she should bring down couple of the old turkeys. We will have to do like the [illeg] Kill the two little pupies and roast them. I am in hopes to see them soon. I have no news.
