The small house on this Lot was originally servant?s quarters
and located to the rear of the E. F. Larroux house and at that time it vas only two rooms v:ith a porch across the front.
Purine the 1920s, the then owner, I'r. Stream, hac Peter Boudin, a contractor, to move this small house to the East and south side of Lot 120 where lt is today. nhe house was turned sideways and the porch enclosed. During the follov'ing years additions have been race.
