Bay Lodge honors members
Bay St. Louis Lodge 429 will honor Tuesday, April 27, several of its members for their years of service. Pins and other awards will be presented to members commemorating periods of 25, 50 and 70 years membership.
Following the presentation, noted local historian and author Dan Ellis will give a capsule history of Bay St. Louis and Hancock County. Time permitting, he will answer questions from the audience.
The affair is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served 6-7 p.m. At 7 p.m. the ceremonies begin.

Catholic Church in Lakeshore for celebration of Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Lakeshore Cemetery.
MARVIN LEE
Marvin Atrice Lee, 83, of Picayune, died Sunday, April 18, 1999, in Picayune.
Mr. Lee was a native of Hancock County and was a farmer. He was a member of Lee?s Chapel No. 2 Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas P. Lee of Poplarville and Bennie J. Lee of Hattiesburg; two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Services were conducted Tuesday at Lee?s Chapel, followed by burial in the church cemetery.
McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune was in charge of arrangements.
