Atlantans Write of Thrills In Paris, Egypt, Portugal

ENS. AND MRS. RICHARD B. BELL have returned after a 16-month tour of duty in Taipei, Taiwan, where they have lived since shortly after their marriage.
They will be guests of Mrs. Bell?s mother, Mrs. Robert J. Loftin on Childress Drive until they begin a new assignment in Washington, D.C.
The former Gail Howard, Mrs. Bell is an alumna of the University of Alabama and Georgia State College. She is a Tri Delta.
MRS. FRANK WHELCHEL leaves Friday to attend the brilliant Steeplechase Ball in Fort Worth, Tex., as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. William Jary.
Among parties planned in connection with the event will be the cocktail buffet at which
Kathryn Gravbarn Charles Griffin will be host.
The Atlantan will also be entertained in Dallas by Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ielis, who will be hosts at a cocktail party.

leave for Korea Nov. 4 for Army duty, the couple will marry after his return to the states. In the meantime, Molly will complete her education at Agnes Scott College.
The bridegroom-elect, son of the T. H. Herringtons, obtained his Master?s degree from Georgia Tech last June. He will be commissioned a lieutenant.
