Brewster, residents of New Orleans persons whom I certify to be respectable and entitled to credit, and who, being by ms duly sworn say that thsy were present and saw her sign her name, to the foregoing declaration, and they further swear that the said Rebecca Nixon, has always continued and still is in a state of widowhood, and that they have no interest in the prosecution of this claim.
