WILL OF JAMES BLOODWORTH 1799
I,	James Bloodworth, Senior of Long Creek in New Hanover County and state of North Carolina, being of perfect mind and memory make this as and for my Last Will and Testament that is to say.
Imprimis:	I give and bequeath to my wife Ann
Bloodworth, the tract of land whereon I now live together with all the improvements thereon to enjoy the same unmolested during her natural life and then the same to revert to my children together with all my household furniture and plantation tools.
Item:	I	give and bequeath to my said wife the follow-
ing negroes to wit, Simon, Silla, Nan and Jacob together with a riding Chair and harness and a bay mare called Belinda the said negroes chair etc. to be bonna fide her own absolute and sole property with full liberty to sell and dispose of the same as she my said wife may see fit and convenient.
Item:	I	give	and	bequeath to my said wife the one
t?hird part of my cattle and hogs not yet divided during her life or widowhood, but I desire the whole
