FIRST	GENERATION
1.
JOHN RUSS, born England c 1611/12 the son of Thomas Russ
and Thomazin Stanfield, came to Newbury, Massachusetts
and is listed as a freeholder 7 December 1642. He married
in 1638.Margaret. In 1645 they moved to Andover, Massachusetts
where his will is dated 7 January 1691/2 and proved on the
29 March 1692. It names son John, daughter Mary Foster
and her daughter, Hannah Astinn (Austin).
Margaret was born c 1620 and died 10 July 1687/89 at Andover, Massachusetts.
