Ali me Gulf Coast community Is divided into three parts.
In the first part live the gardeners. These are the people who mow, rake, plant, spray, fertilize, clip, trim, prune and water. They spend countless hours in an attempt to make their spot In the sun an attractive and pleasant place in which to live.
In the second part live the dog owners. These people feed, pamper, shampoo, de-flea, de-worm and train their beloved pets saying they are protecting them from intruders and serve as companions. They feel these animals should be exempt from leash-laws and set them free to run the streets with privilege to enter private property.
In the third part live the TV and radio people. ? They are peace-loving sitters. They do not see the flowers. They do not see the dogs. They contentedly sit and watch the boob-tube or listen to country music. Occasionally they do get a protest from the garden people or from the dog people requesting that they mercifully lower the volume on their instruments, alleging pictures on their walls are vibrating and the decibel intensity is deafening.
For the most part those who do nothing, say nothing and see nothing are safe. That is. safe until contaminated drinking water unites all of us.	(?>. SL
