Seuzeneau-On Friday March 20, 1896 at 10:30 pm, Jefferson Seuzeneau, a native of this city, aged 53 years.
The friends and acquaintances of the family and those of his son in law, O. Blanchard, are respectfully invited to attend the funeral, which will take place from his late residence, comer of St. Anthony and North Robertson Streets at 4:30 o'clock this Saturday evening.

Frantz, an undertaker, a native of Alsace residing at No. 155 St. Peter St. who hereby declares that Jefferson Seuzeneau (white) a native of this city, aged 53 years departed this life, yesterday, 20 March 1896 at comer St. Anthony and Robertson Sts. of this city. Cause of Death: Hemorrahages of Stomach, Cirrhosis of Liver. Certificate of Dr. J. N. Charbonnet. Deceased was married.

Escerpt of a Letter written by Andre J. Trawick, Jr. Letter is in possession of Linda Germany, Baton Rouge, La. About 1997- There is a town south of New Orleans named Boutte. The Baudier and Bouttes married. I remember Aunt Edna telling me that our great grandparents Jefferson Leon and Leonide Baudier Seuzeneau lived in Boutte after marriage due to family relationship, but they found it too remote and moved to New Orleans.
