MRS. GERTRUDE STILLER	OBITUARY
Mrs. Gertrude Margaret Dom Stiller, 78, wife of Henry C. Stiller and a resident of Spruce street, Waveland, died Tuesday at 6:15 p. m. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Hancock General Hospital in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Stiller, bom Jan. 9, 1896, in Harrison county, (correction, Ansley, Hancock Co., Ms. according to records from my grandmother), resided in St. Bernard Parish, La., prior to moving to Waveland 22 years ago.
She was a member of St. Clare's Catholic Church of Waveland.
She is also survived by five daughters, Mrs. Lelia Bell, Duck Hill, Miss.; Mrs. Elizabeth Brown and Mrs. Margaret Macagnoni, New Orleans; Mrs. Henrietta Chalaire, St. Bernard Parish; and Mrs. Helen Arcement, Houston, Tex.; one brother, Alphonse Dom, Waveland; one sister, Mrs. Mable LaFrance, Ansley, eight grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
The body will be taken from Riemann-Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis to Ransom and Sons Funeral Home in New Orleans for funeral services and interment.
Gertrude married Henry Christian Stiller, son of John Fredrick Stiller and Catherina Elizabetha Fricke, on 19 Nov 1912 in Poydras, La., St.Bemard Par.. Henry was bom on 21 Sep 1885 in New Orleans, La., Orleans Parish, 9th Ward and was christened in Luthem. He died on 12 Dec 1982 in Grenada, Ms., Grenada Co., Grenada Hosp. and was buried on 14 Dec 1982 in Garden Of Mem., Metearie, La., Jefferson Par..

Mrs. Gertrude M. Stiller, on Monday, March 5,1974 at 6:15 o'clock p.m. beloved wife of Henry C. Stiller, mother of Mrs. Lelia Bell, Mrs. Elizabeth Brown, Mrs. Margaret Macagnoni, Mrs. Henrietta Chalaire, Mrs. Helen Arcement; sister of Alphonce Dom and Mabel LaFrance and the late Joe Dom and Catherine Johnson, daughter of Lelia Walters and Christian Dom, also survived by 8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
Private funeral services were held from the Funeral Home of E. J. Ranson and Sons, 1024 Elvsion Fields Ave., on Thursday, March 7,1974 at 11 o'clock a.m.
Religious services were held at the parlor.
Henry and Gertrude had the following children:
Lelia Fayne Stiller was bom on 1 Jan 1914.
Caroline Elizabeth Stiller was bom on 29 Feb 1916 and died on 15 May 1998.
Gertrude Margaret Stiller was bom on 30 Jul 1917 and died on 22 Jun 1997.
Louise Henrietta Stiller was bom on 3 May 1919.
Louise married Richard Joseph "Tootie" Chalaire, son of Rene Joseph Chalaire and Odelie Messa, on 18 Jun 1941 in St. Bernard, Parish,, Louisiana. Richard was bom on 15 Sep 1917 in St. Bernard,, Louisiana, St. Bernard,Parish. He died on 5 Dec 1990 in Poydras, St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana.
