XI.	Anna Rickert - October 28, 1768, her baptism record names her parents as "George Rickkert and Eva Staringh".
Johann "George" Rickert was the son of Johann "Conrad" Rickert and Anna "Elizabeth" Hauss. This name is also spelled Haus, Hause, House, Haines, etc. Conrad, as we will call him, was baptized on February 28, 1703 in Nieder-Grundau, Hessen, Germany. He was probably born within days or weeks of his baptism which was the custom at that time. This would put his birth in the year 1703. He died around 1768 in Schoharie, Albany Co., NY (later became Schoharie Co). Conrad came to America around 1710 with his father. He married Anna "Elizabeth" Hauss on February 17, 1727 in Schoharie, NY. Based on her husband's age, we will assume she was born about the same time, around 1703 and probably died in or around Schoharie. Anna "Elizabeth" was the daughter of Johann Christian Hauss and Maria Catharina (maiden name unknown).
Johann "Christian" Hauss was born around 1666 in Grossaltenstadten, Duchy of Solms (now Hessen), Germany. He was a carpenter by trade and was married around 1686 to Maria Catharina (maiden name unknown). They had at least seven children in Germany:
I.	Johann Christian Hauss, Jr. - born June 27, 1688

VII.	Anna Elisabeth Hauss - born around 1706 in Germany. Rickert on February 17, 1729 in New York and died in	She married Conrad Schoharie
County, NY.
Maria Catharina (maiden name unknown) Hauss died on December 25, 1709 in London, England while waiting for a ship to New York and is buried there. Johann "Christian" Hauss and his children left London in April of 1710 for New York.
Upon landing in New York Colony, the family soon settled in the Schoharie Valley in the area of Neu-Heesberg, Hudson Valley, New York where Christian Hauss married a second time to Anna "Catherine" (maiden name unknown) on October 27, 1710 at the local Lutheran Church. Catherine was the widow of Johann Becker.
She was a native of Duernberg, near Dietz, Germany according to the marriage record found in the Lutheran Church, West Camp, Ulster County, NY. They had at least four children:
