Tor and In consideration of the sum of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($11,500.00), of which amount TOO THOUSAND DOLLARS (#2,000.00), is cash in hand paid, receipt of which, is hareby ack-^ nowledged, and tha balance of NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($9,500.00) is evidenced by one promissory note to secure the payment of which a deed of trust has this day been executed on the hereinafter described property, I, ROSELLA BROUSSARD CURTIS, wife of Carroll Curtis, deceased, having acquired the title to the hereinafter described property a3 an estate in entirety with her husband, with the right of survivorship, the said Carroll Curtis having departed this life on the/j^f'day	/	I8% said grantor
herein is the sole owner of said property and as such conveys and warrants unto^ROBERT F. MURPHY, and R. L. ZIMMERMAN SR., the following described property situated in Hancock County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Commencing at the lower Northeast corner of the. Gado n Toulme Claim (being the Northwest corner of the J. Bouquie Claim) in Section 26, Township 8, South Range 14 West, and running thence South 15.50 chains; thenoe South 55 degrees East 20.50 chains to an iron stake set for the Southeast corner of land formerly belonging to George D. Tucker, which said iron stake is the place of beginning of the land now described; thenoe South 15 chains to an iron stake; thence East 6.01 chains to a stake; thenoe North 34& degrees East 12.788 chains or 844 feet to the Southern line of Washington Avenue Road; thence Northwesterly along said line of said road 10 chains, more or less, to a point set South 88 degrees East from the place of beginning; thence North 88 degrees West 4.24 chains to the place of beginning; containing 14-1/3 acres, more or less, and being a part of the J".
