Parties given this week for Miss Emily Hosmer, a bjude-elect of Saturday, incflude one at which Mrs. Richard G. Drown. Jr., was hostess at her home on South Johnson street.
Mrs. Drown entertained at a shower, with the reception rooms of the home bright with clusters
of autumn flowers. The guests at the shower, besides Miss Hosmer, were Misses Mignon Tuyes, Dolores Dye, Rosemary O?Shea, Joyce .laubert, Stella Reynaud, Elizabeth Barrett, Clara Reed, Hilda and Elsie Sporl, Nattie Word, Mrs. Emile Dubuc, Mrs. Bert Hal-derman, Mrs. L. J. Williams, Mrs. Robert Gordon, Mrs. John T. Creb-bin, Mrs. Albert-Veau, Mrs. H."R. Piccaluga, Mrs. H. R. Piccaluga, Jr., Mrs. J. Bruce Pascal, Mrs. Rene de Montluzin, the latter of Bay St. Louis, and others.
Miss Hosmer will marry Mr. Rene de Montluzin, Jh, at Bay St. Louis in the afternoon Saturday.
