Penton, Frank Sr. - September 30, 1996
Frank Elsworth Penton Sr., 45, of Bay St. Louis, died Monday, Sept 30, 1996, in Gulfport.
Me. Penton was a native of New Orleans and a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland. He was a member of Bay St. Louis National Guard for 10 years.
He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Tyner; and a brother, Johnnie J. Penton III.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Scafidi Penton; a son, Frank E. Penton Jrlk a daughter, Nicole D. Penton, all of Bay St. Louis; his mother, Pearl C. Tyner of Waveland; and a brother, Ronald A. Penton Sr. of Lakeshore.
Visitation was Friday evening at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. Mass was celebrated Saturday at St. Clare Catholic Church. Burial was in Waveland Cemetery.
The family prefers memorials tdo one's favorite charity.
