Sotak, Karen L. Fayard - March 22, 1996
Karen Louise Fayard Sotak, 34, died Friday, March 22, 1996, in Gulfport.
She was a native of Bay St. Louis and a lifelong resident of Hancock County.
She was a Catholic, and a member of St. Clare Catholic Church in Waveland.
She is survived by her husband, Gary J. Sotak of Bay St. Louis; one son, Garrett G. Sotak; one daughter, Kara L. Sotak; two brothers, Kenneth G. Fayard Jr. of Waveland and Timothy A. Fayard of Waveland; her mother, Marilyn N. Smith of Waveland; her step-father Larry J. Smith of Waveland; and her father and mother-in-law, Jack and Fran Sotak of Bay St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth G. Fayard, Sr.
Friends may call Sunday from 7-10 p.m. at the Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis. An 8 p.m. rosary is scheduled for Sunday.
A Mass will be celebrated at l p.m. Monday at St. Clare. The procession will leave Fahey at 12:30 p.m. burial will be in the Waveland Cemetery.
