Richard, Doris Marie - October 22, 2000
Doris Marie Richard, 72, died Sunday, Oct. 22, 2000, in Bay St. Louis.
Mrs. Richard was a native of Humphries County and a resident of Bay St. Louis for the past 32 years. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Lakeshore Baptist Church in Lakeshore. She was the treasurer of Lakeshore Baptist Church for 25 years, a Cub Scout Leader for 14 years and a Girl Scout Leader for four years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nora Allred Harmon; four brothers, J.B.. Jeff, Roy and Clark Harmon and a sister, Bobby Jean Wojocbich.
Survivors include her husband, Allen D. Richard of Bay St. Louis; four sons, John Allen Richard, Gerald Richard, Cooper Richard, all of Bay St. Louis, Davey Richard of Conway, AZ; a daughter, Sandy Nesom of Bay St. Louis; a brother, William Harmon of Kiln; three sisters, Christine Hawkins of Baton Rouge, Bernice Reedy and Kathleen Nicholson of Grand Bay, AL, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
A service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Edmond Fahey Funeral Home in Bay St. Louis where friends may call two hours prior to service time. Burial will be in Lakeshore Baptist Church Cemetery.
