Mrs. John Kauffman
Funeral services were Wednesday afternoon for Mrs. Clara Sedonia Kauffman, 79, widow of John Kauffman, who died at 3 a.m. Monday at her home in Waveland.
The daughter of the late John and Clara Necaise Bourgeois, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Eva Peterson of Waveland and Mrs. Mabel Nichols of Gulfport, 20 grandchildren and 49 great grandchildren.
Religious rites were at 3:15 p.m. at St. Clare's Catholic Church with interment in Cedar Rest Cemetery. Fahey-Whitfield Funeral Home was in charge.
