Reference is made to your April 25, 1980 letter written in behalf of Mrs. Elizabeth Sullivan and others objecting to the application by American Legion Post 139.
In order that all parties may be heard on this matter, the Bureau of Marine Resources has scheduled a public hearing on the permit application to be held Wednesday, June 4, 1980, in the Board Room of the Hancock County Board of Supervisors, first floor of the Hancock County Courthouse, Main Street, in the City of Bay St. Louis, Hancock County, Mississippi at 7:00 p.m.
The Hearing Officer for this public hearing will be Dr. Richard L. Leard, Bureau Director. Attached for your information is a copy of the procedures for conducting the public hearing.
