5.	In addition to providing	adequate	facilities, the	City
will	be	responsible for providing	repairs,	maintenance,
utilities, telephone, and necessary insurance. Also, the City will provide a photocopier, with a coin-operated copier being preferable.
6.	Anne S. Anderson will be	the only	person to lecture on
the library unless she designates	a replacement. Further,	Patty
Burgess will be Assistant	Director	and	will	be	in	charge in	the
absence of Anne S. Anderson.
7.	The hours for the	library to	be open to the	public will
be 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.,	Wednesday	through	Friday,	and open	on
Saturday only by appointment.
8.	Based on the City's affirmative action and investment to secure the transfer of the library to the City of Bay St. Louis, the library will not be subject to removal from the City unless there is a breach of the contract dealing with the failure of the City to provide an adequate facility or failure to pay or perform with reference to specific items listed above.
As noted above, time is of the essence, and it is my understanding that you will visit with Mayor Farve and will prepare the necessary agreement to be	signed	by Anne	Anderson	on
behalf of the library. To	save time,	it may	be best	that you
contact her direct at 865-1554 or at her home at 863-4975, if any of the items listed above	are in	conflict	with	what	Mayor Farve
understands the agreement	to be.
Thanking you for your first attention, I am
Respectfully,
Jack H. Pittman
