Conveys a lot of ground in the City of Shieldsborough, Hancock County, Mississippi, having a front on the Bay of St.Louis of 45 feet in width and extending back 40 arpents in depth between parallel lines running north 70° West and bounded on the North by lands of William s. Parham (formerly Provostus); On the East by the Bay of St.Louis, and on the South by land of said Samuel White.
Acknowledged by Samuel White on April 29, 1867, before^ J.J.Bradford, Clerk of the Probate Court of Hancock County, Mississippi, who affixes his official seal.
Acknowledged by Beatina U. White, wife of Samuel White, June 21, 1867, before Luther F. Russ, a member of the Board of County Police of Hancock County, Mississippi. Seal.

Remark by Abstractor: This‘cbnveyance may, or may not, be intended to describe the land covered by this division of this abstract. The width and depth and the party from it was acquired indicate that it is the same land, but the boundaries indicate otherwise.
