boro which is described and bounded as follows, to-wit: having a front on the Bay of St.Louis 45 feet and running back 40 arpents. Bounded North by Col. Parham’and South by S.White, East by the Bay of St.Louis, being the same purchased by R.Seal from S.White.
Together with all and singular the ^tenements and hereditaments thereunt belonging or in any way appertaining.
Acknowledged April 8, 1868, before B. Sones, Judge of the Probate Court of Hancock Oounty, Mississippi, who affixes his official seal.
Filed for record May 30, 1868, and recorded June 1, 1868, in Book D, pages 202 & 203 of the Hancock County Deed Records.

If said notes shall be well and truly paid within twelve months from their date, with the interest accrued, then the foregoing conveyance is to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
