Conveys in trust the same land described in Item No.40 of this abstract.
Usual provisions are made for sale of property in case of default in payment of indebtedness secured, for the payment of taxes, and for the substitution of trustees. Provisions are made for'the release of lots in a contemplated .subdivision on payment of “certain amounts provided in a schedule attached.
Acknowledged Aug. 6, 1926, before A.A.Kergosien, Chancery Clerk of Hancock Couiity, Mississippi, by H.L.Kergosien, D.C. Official seal affixed.
Filed for .record and recorded Aug. 7, 1926, in Records of Mortgages and	Deeds of Trust	on Lands, Vol.	21, pages	218	- 221.
On margin of the	record appears	a release	from the operation of this	trust deed of Lots 26 & 27 of	Block 2, said	release
being made by	the Trustee on	Sept. 3, 1927.
Another marginal entry shows that indebtedness was satisfied in full and trust deed cancelled Oct.22, 1928.

Being a Subdivision of Lots 168, 169, 174, 175 & 194 & the North 15 feet of Lot 197, Fourth Ward, City of Bay St.Louis, Mississippi.
This plat is signed by Mrs. Elizabeth L. Ballard and Marshall Ballard, Owners of Lot No.197, by Tudor B. Carre, Owner of all other lands in said sub-division, and by E.S.Drake, Civil Engineer, Aiigust 18th., A.D. 1926.
On the same day Tudor B. Carre dedicated all streets in said subdivision (whether designated as streets .or courts) to the use of the public forever. Also, on the same day, E.S.Drake, Civil Engineer, executed a surveyor's Oertificate, and acknowledged 01$. the execution of said plat, before J.A.Breath, a J.P. and Ex-officio Notary Public of Hancock County, Miss., with seal affixed.
On Aug.18,1926, Mrs. Edith L.Ballard and Marshall Ballard dedicated the North 15 feet of Lot No.197, included in a street, to the use of the public forever, and on Aug.30,1926, they acknowledged the execution of said plat before the Chancery Clerk of Hancock County.
On Aug.23,1926, Tudor B.Carz-e acknowledged the execution -c." 3aid plat, before a Notary Public of Orleans Pariah, La. .Seal.
