AN ACT* to define the boundary Hoc between the counties of
Jackson and Hancock.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the state of Mississippi^ in General Assembly convened, That townships number three, four and five, in range ten, be, and the same are hereby declared lo be a part of the county of Jackson, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.

Sec. 2. And be it further enactcd> That the townships one and two, in range ten, below the demarkation line, be, and the same are hereby annexed to, and shall form a part of the county of Perry, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
