AN ACT, further Co define and establish the boundary line between the counties of Jackson and Hancock.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature qf the state of Mississippi^ That the dividing line between the counties of Jackson and Hancock shall be as follows, to wit: beginning at the point or place called the Old French Fort, on the bay of Biloxie, where the line that divides the eighth and ninth ranges strikes the same ; thence running north with said line to the fourth parallel township line, south of the line of demarcation; thence running west with said township line, to the western boundary line of the tenth range; thence running north with said boundary line to the south boundary of the county of Perry, any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
