Tuesday morning 9 o'clock February the 7th A.D. 1911 Ordered by the board that the sum of $120.00 be allowed to John Henry Supt. of building court house, same being 2% on the amount allowed to contractor as per his estimate payable out of general county fund for which let warrant issue. Sect. 363, Code 1906, page 234.
It appearing that the new court house will be completed and ready for acceptance by this board on the 20th day of February of present month, it is now ordered that an adjourned meeting of this board be held on said the 20th day of February 1911 for the purpose of accepting the committee's report on the completion of contract of building the new court house and accepting said building by this board and also for the purpose of making all such orders that may be necessary relative to payment and acceptance of said court house and of the occupancy thereof and all other matters pertaining to the same.
It is ordered by this board that the order made on yesterday relative to the sale of the old court house building be amended by adding the following:
It is further ordered that the successful bidder for purchase of old court house be allowed sixty days from the date of purchase in which to take down and remove said building, work, however, to be suspended during the session of the March term of the circuit court, 1911; purchaser is required to remove all rubbish from the premises caused by the taking down and removal of said building, and further that the purchaser shall in no way deface, break or injury the ew court house building, and should the same be in any way damaged the said purchaser will be held responsible for said damages.
Ordered that Jas. Jett, N. C. Keenan, John Henry and H. S. Weston be appointed a committee to select the electrical fixtures for the new court building, said fixtures, however, not to exceed the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars and the same to be made or charged as extra work on said
