Hancock County	]	Be	it	remembered	that	this	day	being Monday the 20th
day of February 1911 and at the hour of 9 o'clock a.m. an adjourned meeting of the board of supervisors of Hancock County was this day held at the court house of said county in the city of Bay St. Louis in pursurance to an order of adjournment made on Tuesday the 2nd day of February meeting 1911 and the 7th day of said month, there were present to-wit:	H. S. Weston president of the board, S. J.
Craft, J. E. Smith and L. S. Bourgeois associate members, A. J. Carver sheriff of said county and E. H.. Hoffmann clerk of said board - T. J. McArthur member from District No. 4 being absent.
Ordered by the board that S. J. Craft, J. E. Smith, L. L Bourgeoisand H. S. Weston be appointed a committee to inspect and accept the new court house building, the contract for which was awarded to the Jett Bros. Contracting Co. said committee to inspect said building as a whole and according to the plan and specifications thereof and make report accordingly.
Ordered by the board that the proposition of Geo. R. Rea to insure the new court house building be tabled.
By agreement of parties it is ordered that the tinting of the walls in the new court house building be dispensed with and the amount agreed upon reduction of contract for said tinting is to be the sum of $200.00 and as such said reduction is approved.	~~
Ordered by the board that the following report be spread on the minutes of this board to-wit:
